Tintalú terms of use
1. Who we are and what you accept
These terms govern the use of Tintalú, a game for Android phones by Parallext, LLC, a United States company organized in Wyoming, with its declared mailing address at 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 2812, Orlando, FL 32819, United States (“we”). By installing or using the game you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the game. We manage the game from Colombia.
The planned publisher on Google Play is AUTOMATION AI S.A.S, whose address is Calle 10 B 88 A 17, Interior 8, Unidad 102, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. 2. Age
Tintalú is for people aged 13 and over. If you are between 13 and 17, you need permission from your parent or guardian, especially to make purchases. [[ABOGADO: edad mínima y consentimiento parental por país]]
3. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play Tintalú on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the game, bypass its protections, use cheats, bots or programs that alter how it works, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Seeds, boosters and other virtual content
- Seeds, boosters, canoes, decorative cuias and other in-game content are a license to use within Tintalú: they are not money, have no value outside the game and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred to other people.
- We may adjust how they work (for example, to balance the difficulty) without taking away what you have already bought.
- There are no random purchases: you see what you buy before you pay.
5. Purchases
- Purchases are made through Google Play and are also governed by its terms. The price is the one Google Play shows in your currency before you pay.
- We verify each purchase with our server before delivering it. If you change phones, the game can restore your purchases.

- If you delete your account, what you bought is lost and is not refunded.
6. Ads
The game shows ads from AppLovin MAX: rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward, and ads between levels. Ads only start after you state your age and make your consent choice, and never if you are under 13 (see the privacy policy). Our server can check that each reward matches an ad you watched; once that check is active in the game, rewards that don’t match may be withdrawn. 7. Your account and its deletion
The game creates an anonymous account without asking for your data. You can delete it whenever you want in Settings › “Delete account and data” or on the account deletion page. 8. Intellectual property
The game, its code, art, sounds, texts and the Tintalú brand belong to Parallext, LLC or its licensors. Third-party materials are used under their licenses, which you can see in Credits and licenses. Tintalú is an independent game inspired by the Amazon basin; it is not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc.
9. Changes to the game
We may update the game, add or remove levels and features, or stop offering it. If we stop offering it, we will give you reasonable advance notice. [[ABOGADO: aviso previo y efectos sobre lo comprado]]
10. Warranties and liability
